Bill Richardson, Wes Clark, John Edwards, Evan Bayh and other strong moderates are the only ones being considered as VP. The Hillary stories are all rightwing propaganda used to try and denigrate the party. The rightwing would love to run against Hillary Clinton. They have already slandered her for so many years that they feel she is the perfect target for their continuing attacks. Unfortunately for the GOP, Hillary will not be on the ballot, ever. BTW: Kerry will not only choose a strong VP, but will probably pick 4-6 other "running mates to fill cabinet posts, including many of the also rans in the VP race. Except for Richardson and Bayh, they all need jobs now.

I would prefer h. clinton. But, doubt kennedy will allow kerry to pick her. :-) I think Richardson would be their best choice to help bring in some ethnic vote. Unlike GWB who sought someone with proven leadership qualities in Cheney, kerry will want a VP who will not "get in the way of his social engineering" plans. BTW, did you notice that AS is now blaming GWB for no funding of the education program. Guess the executive office now controls all the money and the Congress no longer authorizes spending. That must mean that kerry-boy never voted against any military spending because only the executive office can do that. She is really too good to be true. Maybe she is ChinuSFO as someone has suggested.
