1. The article you present is typical of what we have been seeing. It is disingenuous and almost without analysis. I don't think YOY rate of growth tells us anything about the length or the magnitude of this up cycle 2. NVLS was asked about and played down their ALD acquisition as far as revenue impact in the near future. I think they said that they will integrate the capability into a particular tool for a specific current application. I conclude that if NVLS has it and can't generate much revenue with it, neither can anyone else.
