I heard on the news the Army , Navy, and I believe the Marine news publications are coming out tomorrow accusing the pentagon of incompetence at the top.

Do you know on which news outlet you heard it? TIA.

Boy, I'd sure like to place a bet with you on that. First off, any reasonable person would have to admit with have the most competent military in our history. That would indicate total competence at the top. Secondly, I doubt Stars and Stripes would print anything seriously negative of our commanders. jdn

Steve, These letters in Stars and Stripes may be what you were talking about. But it is military personnel moaning the incompetence of the administration, not the editorial staff: estripes.com
