No senator has been pres since jfk because of those "pesky votes". Kerry may be worse than other senators but if you think the election will be decided on a congressional vote in 1992 in this environement, you will be wrong. mike

The real question is where will he move after the election.

Her is what I think:
1. kerry has shown consistency in his inconsistency.
2. kerry is a "we will let the UN solve the problem fan.
3. kerry opposes a strong military by his voting record.
4. kerry is strongly liberal.
5. kerry comes first. the "little people" come second.
