TICK hit some extreme levels and price has not followed through yet. NQ futures acting somewhat stronger than ES. Feels currently like "disbelief"in either direction. I have a long buy limit order strategically placed above price here. We'll see if it can muster the strength or not.

Paul, read closer. He went long last Monday, the 3rd.
