How high are the taxes Kerry wants to impose on the health care industry?

I refer to your post of yesterday where you said Time to take back some of windfall profits from energy, HMO, drug and defense companies too. They paid Bushies millions to make billions. A raw deal for the rest of us. We demand some restitution, at least to pay for this frigging expensive war.
