We should not tolerate the type of abuse the pictures portray if they are accrate portrayals...so too we should remember that those who did wrong will be punished.....

I agree. And those who did wrong include leaders who received reports of the abuse from the Red Cross and Amnesty International, beginning in May, 2003, and did nothing to stop it for nearly a year.
