Oh, yeah, thanks for posting that, that's exactly the stupid "moral equivalence" argument that you guys just can't let go. Yes, stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Have I made myself clear?

Conservatives claim they believe in moral absolutes, not moral equivalence, but when push comes to shove, most reflexively resort to moral equivalence.

"How come you're criticizing my side? Why don't you complain about how bad the other side is?"

In words of one syllable, we are not them.

In words that are occasionally longer than one syllable, if we are not supposed to adhere to a higher standard, why are we in Iraq at all?

Clueless. I know from past experience that I am talking to a brick wall, you have no idea how stupid you're being.

So, let me ask you this. If the media made a big enough deal about Fallujah, would you then be capable of feeling shame about Abu Ghraib?

And they are responsible for not
reporting with similar disdain & outrage the other
atrocities that have occurred.

That's neither here no there.

What is a big deal about this is, first, that WE did it before, during, and after we insisted we aren't that kind of people, and second, because it is a monumental, perhaps even fatal, setback in the war. There is no comparison with any other atrocity.

many in the media are
intentionally trying to politicize it with slanted, biased
& misleading reporting

That would be both wrong and stupid.

Why does the media continue to SUPRESS information?

As usual, nowhere in the article you posted were the graphic pictures of the murder of the contractors in Iraq.

You won't see the atrocity that was the decapitation of Daniel Purle. You won't see the atrocity of humans jumping to their death out of 100 story windows on 9/11, and you won't see the atrocity that was the murder of six innocent women/children on their way to protest at an election.

I'm sick of the media's selective SUPRESSION of atrocities. For those that don't understand the meaning of the word atrocity, these pictures tell it all.

The truth is...some people are elated about and happy to participate in abominable acts. And they aren't all Americans.

WARNING: VERY GRAPHIC PICTURES. NOT FOR THE FEINT OF HEART.
