Well, Moore is claiming that Eisner killed the distribution deal last year and refused to fund the movie..

But Moore claims that Miramax did fund it, and only now has given official word they would not release it..

So the fact that he actually got the movie made is one sign that maybe he's telling the truth (the money had to come from somewhere)..

But Eisner is trying to claim it's a publicity stunt..

So who's to know whether they aren't BOTH party to some form of collusion aimed at building interest in the movie.
