i follow the weekly pay not the hourly pay and in the weekly the date is not as strong as in the hourly pay - it makes sense as more are hired overtime goes down.

To make it clear if the economy relays on the consumer the consumer must earn more to spend and pay down his debt.

the WS article mention Payroll tax revenue is also up some. and that is why I am suspicious of the report

so may be we are at an infliction point but not out of the woods IMHO - retail sales must also rise
