you mean Russians did not pursue fleeding enemy? There were reasons for that....

Very young and very cold blooded Zhukov was, probably, the most talented general of WWII as it was recognized pretty much by everyone. I, personally, would not argue with his decisions.

how about the very 1st battle at Brest where outnumbered Russian troops held the fortification for months and virtually to the last man - russian alomo.

Cybercoward, tell us about some of the battles you were in. The ones you saw on the History Channel don't count.
