I knew you were a loon. Now you've proven yourself to be a moron as well. Notice a time stamp for that post? 16:00 on a Sunday. Maybe not as observant of the time you posted (I apologize), but hardly a loon... A loon is someone who claims to be an active duty military serviceman and makes a comparison between our military and the SS... BTW, I was referring to how the Arab street would view such a sign over an American-run prison notorious for torture, not how I would view such a sign. Have you seen any Arab making such an claim in the press or interviews? Do you really think it's smart to put such ideas in their heads? Why not let your commander/supervisor know what kind of stuff your posting out here that dishonors your brother servicemen? Do you think any of your buddies would actually approve (at least though who are in Iraq)? Do you think it might cost some of your buddies their lives as a result? Listen.. a small number of soldiers have committed such crimes that they have put both the honor and integrity of every American soldier at doubt, INCLUDING YOURSELF. Their act has greatly endangered the lives of our soldiers, as well as placing the mission, and our national security at risk. I hardly see where your even bringing up such comparisons that suggest that such abuses are nearly as deliberate and wide-spread as they were in the SS or Nazi Germany.
