You're right. They prefer to drop their bombs from airplanes. But that does not make the dead people below any less dead. But it does make a difference that we do not deliberately target civilians nowadays. That strategy died off long ago during WWII and now only applies to nuclear retaliation. What are you feelings about these militants and insurgents using civilians as human shields? How about their stashing arms in schools, hospitals, and mosques? Hawk
