Good plan, Zita...I like it.

Maybe you'll get really lucky, and the deal won't come through....

Then you can buy one up here and enjoy driving it down!

la-

what's the dock situation?
still none, or what?

the marina is open, the situation is
pretty "iffy". i'm not renting a slip this year
for financial reasons - it's a good excuse. <g>

re: 5th wheel in la paz

lot of ifs in that sentence eh?

it sounds pretty "iffy". <s>

but it also sounds like you're going to
loreto... sooner or later. dreams make things
happen.

my dream plan at this point is to go
south for at least 3 months of winter
but rentals will be my venue, partly
because i'd like to be mobile... maybe
in san carlos one year, maybe in belize
another year, maybe costa rica one year,
maybe live on a boat one year, etc., etc.

the other reason for rental at first is
that i've found that you have to be present
in a locale to really find what you want
to buy - location - price - etc. it seems
it's always much easier to buy than to sell.
and what more fun thing to do in a new
locale than to go shopping for living quarters?

are you really selling haereticus?
