Bush has lost Powell too which makes them impotent internationally. Meanwhile somsone needs to go talk with the UN, NATO, North Korea and Iran and there's no one home.

my guess is Bushy made a deal with Herr Rumsvelt

Rummy: "if the Iraqi prisoner scandal worsens, I will resign"
