Maybe it was just a bounce, but I think the HUI made a nice little move relative to the Dow, Naz, and S&P. Even if you had a couple that didn't move positive today, at least the odds are better than they will move soon.

Unless this is just a bounce.

In light of the recent declines, and general weakness in everything, some still think Dow 12,000 is not too far off. That would be "he".
