I find a very large % of what is posted on this thread not moderate at all. The thread quality is not what it was when it began.

People seem to enjoy the crash and bash discussion much more than something reasoned and calm. I thought about starting a new thread with strict, arbitrary moderation where we would toss anyone who even starts down that path. But I figured 90% of the people who tried to post would end up PO'ed at me, and only a handful would remain.

That said, I would still be interested in a "Strictly Moderate" forum if others here want to join. Conspiracy theories and name-calling get you warned once then banned, period.

Any takers?

"Yet, when I see my posts to those who are allowed to post on a "moderate forum," I question that." It's moderates AND liberals. I wish you would read the thread heading. Go- look- really it DOES say "and liberals"- just in case you don't believe me I'll go clip it for you. Goodness knows the conservatives have enough places to post.

"A place for all moderates, and liberals, to
post links, discuss current events, and just
sit and have a coffee."
