You have to always remember that Microsoft NEVER notifies you of an update via e-mail. It's some low life trying to infect your computer.

I received an "Update alert" from Microsoft, I downloaded the suggested needed updates...Now I have a dogs head, and a link with casino sites. What did your head look like before you downloaded the updates? Maybe you're being too hard on yourself.
