He is also guarded by armed members wearing no uniforms. What would be an approved 'fair" fight? He is not going to fight fair, but what limits should we place on our own operations to win the battle without sinking to the same level of atrocities ? He will gas us, bomb us, shoot us, hide behind civilians, and wear our own uniforms if he chooses. If he captures any of us he also has no limits, follows no rules. He has no prison, hostages are either released or killed in hideous ways. I was not thinking along the line of the prison problem, thats will be resolved in the eyes of the world. But the type of enemy we now face will ignore any new rules that are established. They wont have any prisons,so there is nothing for the IRC to investigate. I have to leave now. Sig
