REFR BS to Shareholders Letter fails to mention that SPD failed and REFR SPD plant was shut down. In this POS letter Harary states: "Since the end of last year, we have seen the number of companies licensed by us grow from 21 to 33. These companies are involved in many aspects of SPD technology including production of emulsions and films, and the fabrication and lamination of end-products such as SPD windows, doors and skylights for architectural uses and automotive products, as well as windows for aircraft and marine vessels." Notice that REFR never refers to sales. That's because not a single sale has ever been verified. Call REFR, ask for details of sales. Ask to whom a product was sold, the price, and how much royalty came to REFR. The answer you should receive is NONE OF THE ABOVE.
