You said the absence of suits "reinforces" your belief that he's telling the truth.

So you've reached a conclusion on the veracity of Michael Moore and the absence of a defamation suit is but one factor.

And as for you, Straiter, if you don't like the fact that Moore has been exposed, in detail, for creating a fictional "documentary", then you can pound sand. All your protestations to the contrary mean exactly squat...
