The Administration is to blame for all the mistakes in Iraq - The hyping of the WMD intelligence - Trying to link al-qaeda to Iraq - invading Iraq without enough troops so they could not control looting, could not secure the arms caches, could not provide security, lack of control and discipline which led to prisoner abuse etc plus the diplomatic failure in the first place to get the UN involved.
