Actually i believe i did. But it doesnt matter now. Dont institutionalize wrong doing by perpetuating it. Remember when Janet Reno took responsibility for Waco? No different than what Rumsfeld did. Easy to take responsibility and then report to work the next day, much harder if there are consequences. I feel bad for Rummy. He deserved better for all the years of service. Mike
