I've had that happen several times recently too. I was wondering if I had picked up a bug somewhere. I may give your site a try later on, when I get bored and get up the guts.

The best advice I can offer you on this is what I do.
Go to the computer site on S.I and find THE COW... Write him a message on the site describing your problem OR write to him privately. I have found him to be just great in solving my computer problems. He is posting all the time so you will find him. There are others there too who are very eager to help. I keep that site in my bookmarks so I can read about the problems people are having and what hey suggest as a solution. I copy and paste it and print it out.

I was a girl scout. BE PREPARED.

Hope this helps.
