Remember when the Forward Looking Lawsuit was settled years ago, Fowler stated that their insurance company came up with the largest payment to the plaintiffs. I can’t help but think that IDX carries a policy which should more than cover any damages if there are any at all. Further, this is not a class action suit which the Forward Looking Lawsuit was. Indicating any settlement would be smaller. Dave --- Thanks for clarifying Xmatch move into the market place. I’ve been in sales for years, I would still think Xmatch would need some field work before being accepted by skeptical governmental bodies.
