The CNN story you linked to did not include the passenger list and hijacker names, so why are you citing that source?

No, it did not: nor did I say it did.

You claimed that their names were not on the passenger manifest; I, in turn, showed an article saying that the names of several individuals on that manifest were under review, including the detail that they were thought to have been involved with what we now know as al Qaeda.

It might have been different individuals, but, that would be quite a coincidence. Wouldn't it?

With respect to refutation, do you have access to, or a link to, a copy of the passenger manifest showing, to support your original statement, that those names are omitted?

Also, the names of the hijackers were revealed very soon after the 9/11 incident. I not sure if it was 24 hours...

"You not sure..."?

It wasn't, but that didn't keep you from citing such as "a fact." It took a few days, as the previous link illustrated: passenger manifests were under review shortly after the attacks. It was a few days later - as the other link highlighted - that the names we now know were released.

...but it was so soon that it does make one wonder how they could have figured that out so quickly.

Perhaps...by looking at the passenger manifest? Is that a crazy idea, or what?

How long does it take to review a list of several hundred names?

Also, apparently some of those named turned out to be alive in countries in the Middle East.

This is one of my favorite theories: can you provide a link to some documentation supporting that assertion?

Much too short of time to come up with such a large and complicated bill to react to an unprecedented terrorist incident.

Based upon what?

No doubt, it had been prepared and was waiting for introduction.

LOL.

Roosevelt's New Deal - an immense, multifaceted political effort and probably the most sweeping (and, in my opinion, the most tragic) package ever to hit the floor of Congress - with sweeping social and economic aspects to it - took about 100 days to design. That the Patriot Act took 30 days to come up with shouldn't be surprising.
