It seems likely that by the time Jan rolls around the Iraqis will have as a top priority to get foreign troops out.

I think the Iraqis will accept troops from Islamic countries .
They may accept some troops from the U.N.
The will form a government that doesn't include Chalabi.

Kerry may be able to arrange this.
This situation is counter to the neocon goals.

I think the coalition we've got will continue to fall apart, no other countries will want a piece of Iraq, even if Jesus H. Christ were Commander and Chief. Iraq will become radioactive, like Somalia or Lebanon.
