The selloff in bonds is skewing the TRIN but this happened before in February/March of 1994. If they bonds can next rally when the stocks pullback, the TRIN should give more traditional signals and yield a larger rally. Market can't rally for long off of a low TRIN (and conversely can't sell off for long starting from a high TRIN) so the rally should be limited.
