The problem is that you are not recognizing how very tough a question that is to answer.

We could spend six months or so discussing it, but I don't think even that would suffice for more than some rough guidelines that would be of little use in real world circumstances.

I think thirty years would be a more realistic goal ... if I devoted my life to the issue for the next thirty years, I might be able to give you an answer, though the answer might be several thousand pages long.

Do we have the power to stop it, save them?
You cannot force someone to be save by someone else, he do not want to be save by...
We have very different cultures here and both sides need to understand the other, in order to save and to be saved.
We are far.... from this point.
