So what is your point? That is why Kerry says that the 87 billion dollars and now an additional 25 billion dollars that Bush needs for Iraq should be paid for by the rich like Teresa and others who use all the tax loopholes to pay lesser taxes.

The Kerry-Biden bill for the 87 billion was the right way to go. If the GOP had voted for that now, we'd have 20 billion in Iraqi oil revenues coming back to us, plus the billionaires in this country who can easily afford it would be paying off the 87 billion which is just a small part of what Bush has given them in excess tax breaks.

When Kerry says "I voted for the 87 billion" he's not only being correct but the Bushies are trying to cover up the fact that Kerry's funding approach for Iraq was far-far better for the American people than their own which is just pure debt and giveaways to Iraqis and Halliburton types.
