chino, the lazy super rich (Kennedys, Heinz, Perot) all invest in TAX FREE bonds. The tax code doesn't bother them. Who gets hurt with taxing the rich are the HARD working entrepreneurs, the people who provide jobs. Perot said why should I gamble my savings on some company where if it works I have to pay over 50% in taxes and if it doesn't I lose all my investments. I'll just keep it in TAX FREE bonds. That's 4 BILLION dollars not being used to create jobs. WHY can't the libs see this?????

Huh, let me remind you what you wrote:

So what is your point? That is why Kerry says that the 87 billion dollars and now an additional 25 billion dollars that Bush needs for Iraq should be paid for by the rich like Teresa and others who use all the tax loopholes to pay lesser taxes.

It is clear that you were writing about her using "loopholes."

I am no tax expert neither have I nor you I presume have seen Teresa's returns to comment on that issue. I am responding to a point that has been made that someone with lesser income pays a larger per cent of gross towards taxes while someone with a larger income like Teresa pays a lesser percent of her earnings for taxes.
