Ms. Heinz-Kerry, at great sacrifice to her own interests, chose to accept a lower rate of return in order to invest in the cities, counties and states of our great nation. Without her efforts, those municipalities could not provide much needed services to poor widows and orphans. What a great woman to have as our first lady!
