and kerry was great on imus today in his effort to win independents. Even had a negative word for the UN in his talk about international efforts to save iraq. He has an edge on the competence side too, because he has yet to screw up in a war. Bush needs to fix this before the debates. Bush/Powell as UW suggested or Bush/Rudy as i did. Either way that helps, now that firing rumsfeld will be viewed as weakness not strength. Let Cheney go for health reasons and he still would be a trusted advisor. Nothing lost. LETS PLAT HARDBALL

Should the voters' disillusionment with the current President Bush continue, they will evaluate John Kerry and decide whether he is worth a chance.
