That's not true. Excess corporate profits are the biggest problem by far. The malpractice lawsuits have to be dealt with, but not as the rightwing wants, to take away peoples' right to sue.

Your "solution" shows that you have no idea what you're talking about. The number one reason for rising health care cost has to do with the rising insurance premiums paid by the health care industry, mostly doctors and hospitals.

And to complete the thought, rising insurance premiums paid by doctors and hospitals result from an increasing number of malpractice suits being filed.

Wonder why it is the plaintiff's bar supports the democrats? Could it be that the Republicans are in favor of tort reform?
