JDN, Psychological means of persuasion are approved by The Geneva Convention, including sleep deprivation, which the Army used to exert regularly on me. And Beetle Bailey. <G> But I don't much care for the exclusion of terrorist suspects from the Convention. That would allow the treatment of our civilian prisoners in Iraq to be held to a different standard, as they are certainly non-uniformed folks in a land where they were not invited.

Bush calls this a "war" on terrorists, which makes me think that he would consider a terrorist a POW.
