The Senate failed to pass by one vote an extension of the unemployment insurance bill by one vote 59/40.

Did Cheney vote? He would have been the tie breaker anyway HUH???????? 60/40 IS A TIE?

Guess who the one missing voter was? Kerry was in Florida campaigning
