Clinton did not create 2 million job. In 1998 and 1999 most of those jobs were temporary jobs to insure Y2K compliance of technology systems or sell and manufacture equipment that was Y2K compliant. Now add the dot.com craze of the stock market that was doomed to crash..... how many people lost jobs because of so many internet companies whose only source of income was selling stock?
