I remember Jan 2000 very well. In fact, I made some of my biggest returns from Jan to Mar. And then I promptly handed quite a lot of those gains back. I don't plan on letting history repeat itself. Timing is everything.

Could not agree more. The real estate bubble is in its manic final stage. And ugly is far too mild a word to describe the inevitable aftermath.
