Yes, it is. But we live in a drastic and unfair world. The Israelis found out the hard way. It will cause enormous overseas problems, but so be it.

Since you can't tell who is who anymore, I think this is a good temporary solution until at least the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are over and Bin Laden and Al-Zhawiri are caught or killed.
