Anyone on the tread know what most adjustable rates in the USA are tied to?

It has to bee longer term than the FF rate which is one day.

Well, if tops are usually evident by absurd euphoria then there is still room to go before the pain. At least 6 months of new home buyers with no money down should help propel the RE market before we reach a top, IMHO.
