I suspect her vindictiveness, borne of indecisiveness will not get her much sympathy with her peers nor the public. IMHO she felt indignant over potentially conflicting orders from CENCOM and figured well, I will just IGNORE that cell block and they cant blame me? My defense will be IGNORANCE. Well, like Sgt. Joe Friday used to say, IGNORANCE under the LAW is no EXCUSE. That prison was her responsibility, she had had significant warnings not only from underlings but from the IRC and should have come down on that place like a wet blanket. jdn ps: Nothing I say above is meant to excuse the intelligence officers who realizing their IN influenced these young inexperienced jailers to commit these deeds.
