pathetic is a good summary of the metasl performance today. xau drops 4% from its ealy am gap up and finished a half percent off the lows of the day while the ndx gaps down and drops 2.6% only to finish essentially at the high of the day and only off .5%. so after the first fifteen minutes the ndx outperformed the xau by 3.5%. PPI report tomorrow could be a mover and shaker. no opinions on tomorrow since today was such a prediction disaster for me. need to get my bearings again.
