How can you joke around when people are being murdered, beheaded, tortured, raped, mutilated, sodomized, blown up, shot in the back, etc., because of Cheney-Bush's lies, corruption, ineptitude and bull-headed arrogance? And also when we are running a deficit that will reach over 2 trillion which we will all have to pay off for the "pleasure" of these four years. Remember too, Cheney and Bush cheated to get into power to begin with, then governed as if they had a mandate from the far right instead of from the "compassionate" middle as they had promised they would. It was nothing short of an extreme rightwing coup d'etat.

Our health care system is trashed and our environment has been polluted. Oil companies can do anything they want. Millions of extra people are out of work. There is very little job security anywhere. Hundreds of billions have been gouged from us by Bushie oil cronies, Halliburton, HMO's and drug companies. We all have to struggle to make a living unless we're one of the lucky ones being well-paid for our work. In the 90's it was nowhere near this difficult. Our future has truly been compromised.

I especially feel bad for our children whose backs this Bush debt falls upon. We simply cannot afford four more years, or even one more year of this nonsense. We all ought to be embracing Kerry and pushing for bi-partisan consensus to clean up the corruption and mismanagement. On the GOP side, McCain can supply that leadership.

Bush asking for no-accountability for next 25 billions, and the hundreds of billions after that. In other words, he wants to be able to dole out this money however he sees fit, even to Halliburton or rightwing mercenary companies, whatever. Very little of it will go to supporting our troops. You can be sure of that. Maybe they'll organize an invasion of Iran. (sick joke but dont put it past them)

WASHINGTON - President Bush (news - web sites) formally asked Congress Wednesday for $25 billion for U.S. military operations in Iraq (news - web sites) and Afghanistan (news - web sites) early next year, requesting almost unfettered latitude in deciding how the money would be spent.

* No Bush, no more blank checks for your failed agenda.

Legacy of the Bush unleashing of rightwing passion:

Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., said of the prison photos, "It was significantly worse than anything that I had anticipated. Take the worst case and multiply it several times over."

Indirectly speaking, this is trickle down from leaders like Cheney who employ gestapo tactics to manipulate and stonewall democracy. No honest Republican should be supporting this administration anymore. get behind McCain, cleanse the GOp and start over. Kerry is best friends with McCain so they can run the country together with McCain taking over for HMO gouging supporter Bill Frist, who turns out to be almost as corrupt as Tom Delay.
