Ditech.com is General Motors. You can't lay toxic waste, like the loans they make, off onto someone else. If you want to find them look at GM's Balance Sheet under their GMAC subsidiary.

Countrywide makes less crazy mortgages than Ditech, many of which can be securitized and many flow through or are held by their Federally Chartered Bank. So the federal government will eat some loss if their bank blows up, while most of the losers would be owners of CFC stock and debt.
