The tape said the killer was Zarqawi. The CIA confirmed the voice was Zarqawi's today. Those are facts.

The known history of people and groups are also facts which should be taken into account. I related some basic things we know about Zarqawi and AQ yesterday.

Zarqawi is leading a terror group in Iraq. He is al Qaida. His group has killed Americans before. Al Qaida has even beheaded an American captive before (Pearl in Pakistan). They videotaped that beheading too and released it.

Now are there any facts which would lead one to believe Zarqawi and AQ aren't guilty of the crime? Facts - not suppositions invented by people desparetely trying disprove the obvious. I don't think so.

BTW I believe copycat killings generally occur shortly after the killing being copied. In this case, Daniel Pearl's murder by beheading occurred 2 years ago.
