Note of Thanks Hi dabum! I was just looking around SI & saw your name & thought to myself I should thank you & KB & Libby & Arch for your cautions to me last Nov when I spotted EBAY as a short. I did short EBAY; repeatedly in fact. But much more cautiously than I would have had you folks not expressed your concerns about it. EBAY is 80ish now, up from mid 50s then. I shorted small amounts on surges & bought to cover relatively quickly a number of times before I gave up playing with it. Actually wound up in the black by a few hundred overall. Back in Nov I was thinking EBAY was ready for a big fall, & without your cautions, I might have shorted 1k shrs, hung on, & taken a beating. ---- Thanks! You folks' opinions saved me some $$$!! regards, diana

Brother Bum, Sold my PTEN this morning at 31.50. 4+% in less than a week is not bad, but as you pointed out sellers keep showing up on ever rally attempt. For some reason PTEN seems to under perform the OSX. Glad to be out!! RRI looking better. Bought a bunch yesterday between 8.10-8.15, but was hoping we might test the 90 day at 7.96. This is a market to take profits often. I suspect it will stay sloppy for most of the year. Jim
