That's not true. It goes to the very core of what we are as a people and what we stand for as a nation. We shouldn't be running prisons in that manner, during a Presidential year or any other year. We are supposedly in Iraq to end that sort of thing after all, right? We should be setting the standards high, not going down to the level of Saddam.
