Well someone is responsible for their actions. They weren't just acting under their own accord, they were acting as agents of the U.S. government, and as agents of our government we are are responsible to see that they conduct themselves in a professional and proper manner and uphold our standing in the world. The military will hopefully use this as an opportunity to review their practices. I'm just afraid that with 10,000 other prisoners in jail, perhaps this sort of thing is going on elsewhere in Iraq and we just haven't heard about it. Probably is, knowing the world we live in.
