acutally is still just a lot, but I have septic installed and hole dug for 3400 sqft colonial and two driveways roughed in. Oh ya, I got a teepee on there too... <BG> I have several builders and two private deals cooking... Very nice location across from a lake on a lolypop type subdivision with no chance of expansion. I plan on staying in my current home with addition I plan on building starting next month... I hope prices are cheaper in the next two years... I am not concerned about rates as I hope to be paying cash...
