Registering a domain name, purchasing a hosting service and/or bandwidth, logging on from a known location and leaving electronic finger prints all over the damn place. Golly gee whiz, what a terrific idea for someone wanted dead or alive with a $10 million price on his head. Why not just tattoo "TERRORIST" across his forehead and spend the rest of his life hanging out in airport lobbies? It would be less conspicuous. The only reason I can think of why a world class secret agent can't track footprints in the snow would be because the footprints are his own. Terrorist website = CIA website
